Mike Mcgurk :

Penn State Kinesiology: Exercise Science and Human Movement. My education has taught me the body on the cellular level to help me truely understand what exercise does to anyone and everyone.
Previously I have worked for Hiro Dietary supplements in Atlanta for a year and am very knowledgeable about dieting. I also have experience in the commercial fitness industry from working at LA Fitness for 1 year as a Trainer and Manager. Through this experience I have trained hundreds of people and learned about every body type hands on in addition to my formal education.
As an athlete myself with an ice hockey background, it makes me an expert in lower body and core training. As a result, I still play to stay in shape.
Keith Gergich :

Keith has more than 10 years of experience in Martial Arts, Muay Thai Boxing, and Kettle
Bell strength training; he also played and couched soccer for more than 20 years. All these
teach respect, discipline, teamwork, loyalty, strength, and endurance. He uses a mix of kettle
bell, martial arts, muay thai, and navy seal style training to bring out the maximum potential in
everyone he trains. The kettle bells is one of the best tools out there to rapidly burn fat, gain
strength fast, and get unbeatable endurance. “I love to push people to their max and give them
