Classes are getting HOT at Glow

Hot Classes are now being offered in Glow’s expanded studio space.  The temperature in the studio is set to a steamy 100 degrees, promoting profuse sweating that helps rid the body of toxins.  The heat also allows your muscles to stretch deeper than they would otherwise with less danger of injury.
