FAQ's:
Q: I've tried other reformer classes and it wasn't hard enough for me, is your class the same?
A: No, these Pilates reformer sessions are taught in a FITNESS style not a traditional Pilates style which means the workout is much more physical than a traditional Pilates reformer session.
Q: How do I schedule?
A: You can call GLOW to schedule your day and time or you are able to schedule and pay online via our website. Payment for sessions are due at the time of booking due to the high demand of the sessions, paying is how you lock in your day and time.
Q: How does payment work?
A: All sessions must be prepaid in advance for the month. Once you've purchased the session, it's yours whether you use it or not however you can sell it to a friend or another reformer client in advance if you know you'll be absent that day. In the event that you miss the class and do not sell it to someone else the class is lost and is not able to be made up or credited.
Q: How much are classes?
A: $60-$80 per session depending on which instructor you have however it can be split if you have a partner ($30-$40 each) but if you don't want a partner it's still $60-$80
Q: My scheduled session time is before Glow opens for the day, how does that work?
A: The instructor will unlock the front door between sessions to let you in if Glow is not open for regular business. The door will remain locked to the outside public during the session if there is no one at the front desk, this is for the safety of everyone.
Q: What if I have to cancel?
A: To qualify for a make-up session, you must cancel a minimum of 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Regardless of reason, no shows and appointments cancelled less than 24 hours prior WILL NOT BE MADE UP.
Q: I had to cancel my reformer session 2 hours before my appointment because my child got sick, I wrecked my car, my babysitter didn't show up, I have a last minute deadline for work, etc... Can you please make an exception and let me make it up?
A: We are really sorry to hear any of that but unfortunately the answer is NO. NO exceptions are made however you will receive a credit to your account for 1 complimentary Group Fit, Yoga or HOT class valid for 30 days from your missed appointment.
Q: I forgot I had a complimentary class from missing my reformer session and it expired, can you please extend the expiration date?
A: No, we can't.
Q: I am really busy, when can I have a make-up session for the session I cancelled at least 24-hrs prior.
A: We will do everything we can to accommodate your schedule but you must make-up the missed session within the calendar month to which it was missed. This is when planning ahead and re-scheduling in advance for parent/teacher meetings, doctor or hair appointments or other meetings really pays off.
Q: What if I need to miss but my partner still wants to come and we can't find anyone to take my spot that day?
A: You or your partner would then still be responsible for the full amount due as long as your partner sill still be attending the session. Again, planning ahead is key.
