"Ever since college, I'd sought out a place to get in shape. I tried everything from Bally's to the YMCA to DVDsat home.Nothing ever worked - I never stuck with any of it. The programs and staff at Glow make me want to come back every week - its such a pleasant and serious place at the same time. They inspire me and the clientele are equally as friendly-seems like we all have the same goals and time constraints.
When I walked into GLOW, I was so warmly welcomed by such mature, fit-looking people. The studio is intimate and soothing, decor feels upscale and professional. No blaring music or posers strutting around. Glow means business - all of the staff have college degrees in some aspect of health and wellness and they are all aware that Glow clients need results fast. Classes are one hour and intense. My body has never been in this good shape - I have not missed a single week of classes since February-my husband and friends love my new body and energy. At 44, I am in the best shape of my life and I will wear a bikni for the first time since I was 25. "
